Review
EXPERT SCORE
OVERALL PERFORMANCE
PROS
- Outstanding Display
- Impressive Design
- 33W Fast Charging
CONS
- No Ultrawide Camera
- Mediocre Speakers
- Poor low-light Photography
Realme 10 has an eye-catching design and uses a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen. The display has a 1080p resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 360Hz touch response rate. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, which offers much better performance as compared to the Snapdragon 680 featured in Realme 9. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
Realme 10 has a dual camera on the back with a 50MP main lens and a 2MP depth sensor. This is a downgrade since the Realme 9 holds the triple camera with a clear difference in quality of photography, and the Realme 10 is way behind in this aspect.
The phone holds a 5,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast wired charging. Compared to Realme 9, the new chipset may impact the battery life, but overall battery performance is nearly identical in both models.
Overall, Realme 10 is an attractive choice for its budget-friendliness. It impresses with its design, Super AMOLED screen, battery life, charging speed, and performance. However, the camera has been downgraded and takes mediocre photos. Also, there is no ultrawide camera and no 4K video capturing which is a real need in this era.
